Key Responsibilities
- We are seeking a skilled and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our team
- As a Assistant Project Manger, you will provide support to our project management team and assist in the successful completion of construction projects
- Assist project managers in coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines
- Assist in tracking project expenses and maintaining budget records
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and site visits as required
- Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and presentations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Relevant experience or training in HVAC, construction, or project management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Trimble ProjectSite) is a plus.
